- Offshore Technician Consignment. The appearance significantly exceeds that of the usual MS-61 since booming luster roams the fields and surrounds decently struck devices. Roll friction slides over portions of the central fields and Liberty's cheek shows a number of delicate abrasions. The reverse appears a full point nicer than the obverse.
