- Finding an untoned 1904-P is unbelievably rare! So many of these are lifeless, with deeper muted toning, but not this one. Take one look and you’ll understand why the Coronet Collector picked this coin for his top set! Dripping with luster that’s so bold you almost need sunglasses! Overall, the surfaces have a frost break or two, but are still clean and sleek. The color is a silvery white with hints of pale, reddish gold by the rims. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is exceptional! PCGS 20, NGC 10, CAC 5. PCGS has graded none higher and the last PCGS CAC piece to sell at auction brought $9,988.00 (8/15). While that coin was toned, this one is not! This coin is being sold with no reserve. Certification Number 28286151 PCGS # 7290
