This virtually pristine Superb Gem is highly recommended for inclusion in an advanced numismatic cabinet, be it a type set or a specialized collection of silver three-cent pieces. Bathed in full, billowy, satin to softly frosted luster, both sides are as smooth and inviting as we have seen in a three-cent silver of any date in recent memory. The overall appearance is one of pinkish-gray patina, albeit with enhancing blushes of russet peripheral toning very much in evidence. Boldly struck, expertly preserved, and sure to sell for a strong bid.
