Lot Description

1806/5 Draped Bust Quarter. B-1. Rarity-2. VF-20 (PCGS). This is the only overdate die variety of the 1806 quarter, and the 5 underdigit is bold and readily evident without the aid of a loupe. An appealing mid grade survivor, both sides exhibit mottled russet peripheral highlights to otherwise silver-gray toning. Good definition for the grade, with no singularly mentionable abrasions.
