Undated (Possibly Circa 1793) Washington Success Medal. Small Size. W-10875, Baker-267. URS-7. Reeded Edge, Brass. MS-63 (NGC). A scarce type in all grades, the Small Size Washington Success Medal is very rare in full Mint State. This piece is toned in rose-gray patina that lightens to more of a silver-gray sheen throughout much of the reverse. A bit lightly struck in the centers, as typically seen for the type, yet suitably bold in overall detail. Smooth-looking surfaces are free of worrisome blemishes. A rare find for the specialist!
