1787 Massachusetts Cent. Ryder 4-D, W-6110. Rarity-3+. Bowed Head, Arrows in Left Talon. VF-35 (PCGS). Chocolate brown surfaces exhibit trace microgranularity under low magnification. No marks of substance greet the naked eye, and the design elements are bold for the assigned grade.<br /> <br /> The PCGS holder is redundant in that every Massachusetts cent variety, save for one exceptionally rare variety, <em>all </em>have the arrows in the left talon of the eagle.
