FROM THE PERTH RB 2C COLLECTION This coin is so high end and outstanding we admit to having resubmitted it. PCGS seems firm on their grade. Superior mirrors are deep and beam from all over. They have amazing clarity, cleanliness, and of course, BOLD reflection. When you twirl the coin the mirrors look like "liquid ice" but coppery in color. Not far from being full GEM MINT RED, the colors are totally original. Fantastic shades of Mint Red/gold/pale violet all swirl evenly. There are NO spots or discolorations. Every detail is frosty and has crisp full strike. The eye appeal is superb! ONLY 500 were ever minted. PCGS 20, NGC 10, CAC 5. PCGS has graded only this coin in PR66+ RB with NONE higher.We strongly feel this coin is irreplaceable in terms of quality and eye appeal-not just being a pop 1. It last sold in 2016 for $5,288. Can't say we've seem many 1865 Proofs that earned the bean. Cert. Number 25605927 PCGS # 3628
