CURACAO. Curacao - Mexico. 3 Real (18 Stuiver), ND (1814). PCGS FINE-15 Gold Shield. KM-13; Prid-1. Five petalled rosace within circular indent. Issued by local ordinance of 30 August 1814. Applied to the reverse of a cut 1/5 1808-11 Mexico bust 8 Reales of Ferdinand VII. A charming colonial type with pleasing toning and some solid detail to both the countermark and partial host coin.
