Rare Gem Proof Seated Quarter with Arrows Gleaming white deeply reflective surfaces contrast with frosted devices for a clear cameo effect. Strike is razor sharp with shield lines and feathers fully defined. An exceptionally high-grade example of this two-year Arrows at Date type. One of the finer surviving from a proof mintage of 700 pieces. PCGS 10, NGC 4. Only 5 finer at both PCGS & NGC.
