O-105. A very eye appealing and totally original AU. Only a touch of wear from a brief stay in circulation, this coin has some underlying satin luster under a russet-dove-gold-tan tone. PCGS 130, NGC 64, CAC 19. Only one PCGS/CAC AU53 has ever sold in auction, realizing $2,115 in a July 2016 online-only auction sale. A non-CAC PCGS coin sold for $780 in January 2018 and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,100. These early bust halves are hard to find in original unmolested AU grades, and worthy of any set of early halves. Cert. Number 29341928 PCGS # 6100
