This is a great little coin. Not sure why CAC did not bean it. Deep mirrors do beam boldly all over. The mirrors display excellent clarity and cleanliness. The thicker mix of totally original navy/russet /purple colors swirl all over. This is NOT a dull or drab coin. All of the details are sharply struck and stand out. The eye appeal is nice! Only 550 were minted. PCGS 76, NGC 49. The current Collectors Universe Value is $1,050. That just seems so cheap for a great Civil War date coin that is obsolete! Cert. Number 1903914-007 PCGS # 3711
