1864 Liberty Seated Half Dime. Proof-65 (PCGS). OGH. Medium gray overall with wisps and blushes of golden brown, blue, and charcoal gray. Boldly struck in virtually all areas. From a tiny Proof mintage of just 470 pieces, one of the lowest production figures for Proof half dimes subsequent to 1858. PCGS# 4447.
