1880 Liberty Seated Dime. Fortin-102a. Rarity-4. MS-65 (PCGS). From a mintage of 36,000 pieces, the 1880 dime is scarce in all grades, with Gems always in high demand. Notice the attractive toning from long and careful storage, with fiery russet-crimson dominating and blended with blue-green in the fields. Bold throughout and free of all but trivial signs of contact. Scarce this nice and especially difficult to find with excellent eye appeal.
