1957-D Lincoln Cent. MS-67+ RD (NGC). Impressive bright pink luster flows over both sides of this distraction free, virtually pristine Superb Gem. The 1957-D Lincoln cent is of course a common issue even in Gem Mint State, but in the very finest of grades, as here, there is substantial pressure from Registry Set participants who demand the absolutely finest available. Indeed, this is the only MS-67+ at NGC with no examples graded finer, and only two examples are known at PCGS in the same grade. With unimprovable quality, the present coin should see spirited bidding activity among advanced Lincoln cent specialists and Registry Set enthusiasts alike.
