Lot Description

1801 Draped Bust Half Dime. LM-2. Rarity-4. VF-25 (NGC). The offered half dime displays smooth surfaces and pleasing deep gunmetal-gray and blue shades on the obverse and reverse. The strike is somewhat uneven as always seen, particularly on the upper right reverse through the clouds and a portion of the eagle's wing. Always seen with die clashing on the obverse and reverse.
