1793/2 Washington Ship Halfpenny. Baker-18, W-10855. Rarity-3. Lettered Edge. AU-55 BN (NGC). Dark chocolate brown throughout with a sharper than average strike and decent surfaces. The rims are intact and the ship shows all the rigging and sails too. Boldly clashed dies on the right side of the reverse where some of the obverse letters appear incuse.
