Lot Description

With a sizeable number of uncirculated survivors, the 1810 capped bust half eagle makes for an excellent type coin. This piece is identified by the huge round 0 in the date as the Large Date and Large 5 by the large very round 5 on the reverse that does not touch the border. Light yellow-golden surfaces showcase bold details and smooth, surfaces reveal no marks of consequence. The overall eye appeal is quite lovely, a great piece for the specialist or advanced type collector!
