1825 Capped Bust Dime. JR-4. Rarity-3-. MS-62 (PCGS). A lustrous and flashy piece whose brilliant surfaces are dressed in lively satin luster. Lightly struck in the centers, typical of the variety, yet with considerable sharpness of detail toward the borders. Among the more readily obtainable of the five known die marriages of the 1825-dated Capped Bust dime issue, JR-4 is popular for both type and date purposes.
