1916 Buffalo Nickel. Proof-64 (NGC). CAC. This Choice Matte Proof 1916 Buffalo nickel is fully struck with a decided satin texture. Attractively toned in rose-orange patina with no blemishes of note. This is the rarest Proof issue of the type and is seldom seen in the marketplace. The present example is worthy of a strong bid. PCGS# 3993.
