1861 Liberty Seated Dime. Type II Obverse. MS-66 (NGC). Here is a beautifully toned dime that exhibits crescents of cobalt blue and lilac-rose peripheral iridescence bordering reddish-gold centers. Frosty in texture and sharply struck, this expertly preserved Gem would make a lovely addition to a high grade type set. NGC Census: 13; 2 finer (both MS-67). PCGS# 4633. NGC ID: 239F.
