Lot Description

1724 Wood's Hibernia Farthing. Martin 3.22-E.2, W-12610. Rarity-4. AU-53 (PCGS). 60.5 grains. A deep golden-brown specimen with rose-brown design high points. Other than some tiny natural planchet flaws near the effigy's nose and chin, as struck, no marks of any measure can be seen. The devices are fairly crisp for the grade and the eye appeal is substantial.
