Deeply reflective in finish, a feature best appreciated in the brilliant central obverse, both sides are also undeniably original in preservation. Toning is a rich charcoal gray with underlying iridescence in cobalt blue, antique gold and pale rose colors. Fully struck, as befits the method of manufacture, with exceptionally smooth surfaces.
