Lot Description

A well struck and lustrous Mint State early Capped Bust half dollar that shows mostly untoned lustrous silver surfaces that has only a minute dusting of clear gold tone. PCGS 34, NGC 8. These have sold in the $2,500-$3,500 range, all depending on the eye appeal. The PCGS Price Guide lists the value at $4,250.
