1821 Capped Bust Quarter. B-4. Rarity-3. VF-25 (NGC). Original dove-gray surfaces are evenly toned over generally bold devices. Quite smooth for having seen this extensive circulation, even a minor abrasion to Liberty's neck is insignificant for a VF quarter of this early type.
