1834 Capped Bust Dime. JR-4. Rarity-5. Large 4. AU-55 (NGC). Very attractive at the Choice AU grade level, this piece is moderately toned in blended blue-gray and copper-gray patina. The colors are a bit bolder on the obverse, and there is actually some near brilliance noted for the central obverse. Minimal wear to sharply struck devices is hardly a detraction, and there are no worrisome abrasions. Very scarce die marriage!
