- 1869 Octagonal 50 Cents. BG-919. Rarity-4. Liberty Head. MS-63 (PCGS). Fully prooflike in finish, both sides shimmer with a reflective, mostly honey-olive sheen. There are also splashes of more vivid rose-apricot iridescence to report, and they are largely confined to the peripheries.
