- Lot 262 1836 N-3 R1 PCGS graded MS62 Brown, CAC Approved.Frosty medium brown and steel blending to lighter brown and tan in protected areas. Sharply struck and very attractive with mint state eye appeal although there is a trace of friction on the highest points of the portrait. The only marks are two tiny ticks on the rim over stars 7 & 8. LDS with a cud break that reaches inside the dentil tips at star 6 and a fine die crack that arcs across the reverse. A nice cent. Our grade is AU55. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. PCGS population 3; 6 finer: 1 in 63, 2 in 64, 1 in 64+, 2 in 66. PCGS #37117.Estimated Value $450 - UP Ex Thomas D.
