THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION, PART V Bright untoned silver surfaces are seen on both sides of this minimally worn example of this scarce early S-mint Seated half. Light friction can be seen when rotated, but there are no serious marks or flaws from the brief time in commerce. The eye appeal is pleasing. PCGS 24, NGC 20. The last two brought $1,020 in 2019; the current Collectors Universe value is listed at $1,500. RARE in Mint State, this AU58 will fit nicely in many nice Seated Liberty half dollar sets. Cert.
