First, this is a VERY high end piece. It is also original and has amazing characteristics. Remarkable surfaces are not only really clean (just a few minor ticks), but they are prooflike! You don't have to squint to see the mirrors. A strong luster also beams vividly from all over. Both sides are a beautiful and totally original deeper yellow gold color. There are no discolorations. For a D Mint, the strike is incredible. You do not need any glass to see minor details. The eye appeal is super! PCGS 31, NGC 29, CAC 2. Here is a fun fact: NO PCGS CAC piece has ever been sold via auction. We strongly believe ALL printed prices for this date in AU50-58 are incorrect by 20-25%.
