1796 Draped Bust Half Dime. V-1, LM-1. Rarity-3. LIKERTY. EF-45 (NGC). Deep silver gray with steel and lilac highlights. A pleasing specimen with strong design elements for the grade. A few scattered marks come to light under low magnification. This popular variety takes its name from a "broken" B in LIBERTY that resembles a K. Great overall in-hand presence, an attractive specimen that is more than suitable for an early half dime grouping or advanced type set.
