(1999)-P Anthony Dollar--Double Struck, Second Strike 80% Off Center--MS-65 (NGC). The second off center strike is at the 4 o'clock position on the obverse, which partially obliterates the date, but enough is present to confirm that this is a 1999-P issue. Bright and lustrous, with clean surfaces.
