THE B.S.T. COLLECTION A lovely GEM 1853 Arrows half dime. Wonderfully lustrous surfaces have a flashy, almost semi-PL reflection in the fields, especially on the reverse. A blush of iridescent gold toning graces both sides. Sharply struck from clashed dies. The eye appeal is very pleasing. PCGS 63, NGC 71, CAC 26. This coin most recently realized $900 in August 2020, and before that, it sold for $1,265 in November 2011. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,250. Scarce finer, this is a short lived type and this one will fit nicely in any type or specialized set of half dimes. Cert. Number 5413540 PCGS # 4356
