THE BOYLSTON COLLECTION PART II A low mintage issue, only 10,000 were struck for commercial use. Flashy lustrous, blast white toning, this GEM has cartwheels that roll uninterrupted in vivid bands around smooth surfaces and well struck, frosty devices. The eye appeal is nice. PCGS 24, NGC 16. There has not been an NGC-graded example sold in auction since 2010! The current Collectors Universe value is $2,500. As the low mintage implies, this is quite scarce finer. Cert.
