Extremely RARE in any grade, as only 60 are estimated to have been struck in Proof and only 26,000 were struck for circulation. This PQ GEM has a bold, watery reflective mirrored brilliance that enlivens the awe-inspiring and totally original deep patina that graces both sides. The color is deep, but not dark; the toning does not obscure the brilliant mirrored fields. Amber-rose and mauve-gray toning dominate, with accents of lilac, blue, and gold.
