Ex Robinson S. Brown, Jr. – Donald L. Parsley – Keith Davignon.  Keith picked this one up in 2003 (MB 28, lot 14), encased in an old NGC MS 63 holder noting the Robinson S. Brown, Jr. provenance.  Don Parsley was the consignor, having purchased it when I sold Robbie’s collection in 1995.  This sharply struck coin (examine Liberty’s curls) features delicate hues of iridescent silver and blue.  You’ll fall in love with the surfaces.  Another winner from the Davignon Collection.  Est. $2,000 to $2,750.
