- Surprisingly robust luster encompasses the brick-red surface, which is a shade closer to full mint red on the reverse. Delightfully sharp in all areas, the lines in the shield are all rendered to extreme precision, and each leaf in the wreath has been fully and completely veined by the dies. A pleasant example from the Reconstruction period.
