Description du lot
One look and you can easily tell this coin was carefully saved since the day it left the Mint! We consider the quality VERY HIGH END! Super mirrors are deep and beam vividly from all over. The mirrors have good clarity and are super clean. In fact, there are more lines on the holder than the coin. When you twirl the coin, you see mirrors that are totally sleek and icy. Both sides enjoy a totally original mix of pale olive/blue/violet/gold colors. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick toned frost. The eye appeal is delightful! Only 1000 Proofs were struck. PCGS 5, NGC 7, CAC 3. The last auction record for a PCGS CAC piece selling is $6,600 in April 2019 (not this coin), and the current PCGS Price Guide value is $6,500. This GEM is out of the woodwork, and would make a great addition to any GEM Proof type set or collection of Proof Seated Half dollars. Cert. Number 37774420 PCGS # 006428
