S-237. Handsome Draped Bust Large Cent Glossy brown with red highlights. Hair curls and all design elements are clearly defined. Surfaces are smooth with minimal contact marks. A thoroughly pleasing example of the date and type, and quite nice for the assigned grade. PCGS 41, NGC 14. PCGS price guide lists value as $2,000. Last auction price for an S-237 was $1,762.50 in October 2015. Take a close look at the coin rather than the holder; we think this is worthy of a higher designation. Cert.
