1787 Nova Eborac Copper. Seated Figure Facing Right. W-5760. URS-9. AU-55 (PCGS). Very appealing at the upper reaches of the circulated grading scale, this piece is evenly patinated in a glossy copper-brown shade. Well struck apart from some characteristic, yet relatively minor softness of detail in the centers, not even light wear prevents us from appreciating all elements of the design. A few swirls of variegated color on the reverse are hardly worth mentioning, and there are no notable abrasions.
