C-3, B-1. Very eye appealing and among the FINEST RBs graded at either service. A bold luster gleams all over bringing out ample original red color. Both sides have a mellow, brown patina that has accents of pale blue/violet tone. Sharply struck devices stand out on satiny smooth surfaces. Very eye appealing! PCGS 7, NGC 11, CAC 3. NONE of the NGC coins that have sold in auction were CAC-approved, and the last one sold for $3,220 in March 2010. The current Collector's Universe value is listed at $3,900. The eye appeal is quite nice and the quality is very bold. Cert. Number 681973-001 PCGS # 1148
