The difficulty with 1892-O is always going to be finding one struck up well enough to qualify for a high grade assessment. That this coin lacks central some central details becomes apparent even without the aid of a loupe, yet this dollar is still a little better struck than a typical "pancake" 1892-O. Perhaps adding a small boost to the grade, the almond-grey surface appears fully original, helped along by subtle album toning that parallels the rims on both sides.
