- 1888 Seated Liberty Quarter. MS-61 (NGC). A scarce issue in all Mint State grades, the business strike 1888 Seated Quarter was produced to the extent of just 10,001 pieces. This BU is fully untoned with bright, prooflike features. Light scuffiness to the surfaces does little more than define the grade.
