Lot Description

A Mint State example of this famed conditionally rare Morgan dollar issue. While the mintage of 3.2 million might suggest a common issue, these are anything but in Mint State grades. A bright frosty luster and hints of pale champagne-pink define this NGC-graded MS-60 example. While the obverse shows some bagmarks and friction that account for the grade, the reverse is quite smooth for the assigned grade and the eye appeal is superior to most at this level. Worthy of serious consideration.
