The Blackhawk Collection. 14 graded PR-66 CAM, 5 graded PR-66 CAM "star", 3 higher at NGC. Threatening the pinnacle of quality for the date, according to NGC, the designation for superior eye-appeal surely references what appears to be fully UCAM contrast at first glance. Careful scrutiny proves that the reflectivity doesn't quite make the higher designation, but this astonishing, fully brilliant proof looks as if it had been struck out of a slice of pristine Arctic ice.
