1879 Indian Cent. Proof-66 BN (NGC). Ample pinkish-orange color remains, and it is more vibrant on the obverse. The reverse is more boldly patinated with a mostly copper-rose color to the surfaces. A razor-sharp strike and modestly reflective finish are also strong suits for this high-grade proof.
