1853-D Liberty Head Half Eagle. Winter 34-Y. EF-45 (PCGS). This is a particularly colorful Dahlonega Mint half eagle, the otherwise deep orange surfaces display highlights of bright reddish-rose to both the central high points and some of the peripheral features on both sides.
