- 1903 Liberty Quarter Eagle. Proof-67 (NGC). Radiant bright-gold surfaces possess near-complete reflectivity to the finish. We do note more of a satiny texture to the reverse devices that provides a modest Cameo "look" for that side of the coin. All areas are fully struck, and there are no detracting blemishes to call into question the validity of the Superb Gem grade. An important high-grade offering for the advanced type collector or the proof gold specialist. Among the finest known for this 197-piece issue.
