1798 Draped Bust Cent. S-174. Rarity-2. Style II Hair. AU-53 BN (NGC). There is a lot of detail remaining to both sides of this minimally worn survivor. The strike is obviously well executed by the standards of the type, and there are few sizable blemishes to detract from the coin's appearance. We do, however, note fairly dark, olive-copper patina to both sides.
