- Far more red than brown, mulberry hue on the highpoints determines the color designation. The numeric grade level appears dependent upon a very brief diagonal hairline abrasion on the cheek. Terrific sharpness greets the eye, and unlike a typical circulation strike for the same date, the planchet features lovely quality and pleasing brilliance. A middling carbon fleck affects the reverse, but none appear on the obverse.
