1879-S Morgan Silver Dollar. MS-68 PL (NGC). CAC. Absolutely stunning with blast white frost on all the devices which stands tall against the mirror fields. Virtually perfect surfaces that retain all the brilliance and surface quality of the moment they were struck. There are the faintest luster grazes on the obverse and reverse, but without question, this is one of the finest to survive. In fact NGC has awarded this grade to a mere 4 examples of this date with none seen finer in this or the Deep Mirror Prooflike category. A prize for the specialist.
